Srednelenskoye Oil and Gas Refinery is one of the leading vertically integrated refineries in Russia, located in the Moscow District. We are part of a global oil and gas group that owns significant refineries both in Russia and around the world. In Russia, we have 3 large oil refineries located in Volgograd, Moscow, and Nizhny Novgorod. With the total production capacity of our local facilities in Russia alone, operating more than 23 million tons per year. Srednelenskoye Refinery, through our parent network, also has refineries in Ukraine, Bulgaria, Romania, as well as other parts of Europe. In 2010, 32.19 million tons were processed.
